很好，很喜歡這個環境。下次再來一定住在這裡，孩子也很喜歡。還可以家庭聚會在這個酒店。酒店還是可以吃早餐。不錯。

It’s a 2-3 star hotel. Room design and the hotel lobby doesn’t seem to be maintained at the same standard. Room looks very old and basic amenities were provided. No housekeeping service available at night since there’s only one staff left at the front desk. Booked 3 rooms in total. One of the room toilet, tiles were popping up and felt quite dangerous if the tiles broke into half in the midst of showering. Overall, would recommend u to pay more to upgrade the stay at other hotels.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. I also appreciated that the hotel provided plenty of parking spaces, making it convenient for guests who drive. Overall, it’s a great place to stay — clean, comfortable, and hassle-free.

Hotel was quite centrally located in the Gaya street area with a short drive. However, the driveway to the front porch is weirdly designed and cannot accommodate more than 1 vehicle under the shelter and this is quite a problem during a rainy day. My friend and I were drenched while unloading our luggage. Concierge was also quite subpar as they do not provide room delivery for parcels and would require you to collect it from the counter itself.

had a really good stay at Monocolo. The location is great — within a 10-minute drive to Gaia Street, which made getting around super convenient. The room was a good size — spacious enough to comfortably open two 24-inch suitcases. It was clean and came with all the essentials: a fridge, hairdryer, and a wall-mounted TV. The only downside was the noise. I stayed on the second floor, and the middle part of the room could get a bit noisy when people walked past. The sound insulation wasn’t the best. That said, it was still a pleasant stay overall. Would recommend for the convenience and comfort.

酒店價格比較實在，整體也很乾凈，前台也很友好，唯一的問題就是出遊的話離加雅街比較遠，吃東西也不太方便，打車不貴也很方便，但更適合規劃好路線的旅遊，如果偶爾想出門去逛個街吃個東西什麼，那住加雅街的確方便很多。

避開前台eden什麼的男職員先是讓我點開app看稅金然後又讓我點開連結確認後來又要看email 都標註清晰的已經付款稅金還是不行要我重新點開連結重新發送郵件一直讓我出具發票我最後聯繫了訂房網站我就和訂房網站溝通非常影響入住體驗之後他特別cheap的給了我房卡沒有再次確認稅金和按金最後退房的時候女職員非常nice 發現缺少複印件之後衹是對著我手機訂單拍照就行了 so 那個男職員在幹嘛？入住即添堵嗎？期間還經歷了停電好幾個小時訂房網站的客服處理的非常好

Nice and clean boutique hotel. Though not super near to the centre of city, but no worries if u rented a car to go around. The only not so good part, the TV is very low resolution 🤣
